well, if you eat vegetables and fruits you can stay healthy and as long as you work out in a sport or something. as long as your not depressed you are healthy too.What makes an healthy child? and take good care of them, for example take them to the doctor's when they are sick (well only if it's really bad)
A good enviroment, good school, safe neighborhood, feed him vegetables not just junk food 24/7,
Take child for a walk, talk to child, play with child, take child to park, let child make friends, let child explore and observe all the beautiful things surrounding him or her, don't be mean to child, pay attention to what child has to say even though if you already know what child is going to say or if it's going to be dumb or funny or whatever. Don't yell at child (we're all humans so we all make mistakes).

(Physcial and Emotional health and well-being?)?Parents that love their child from birth, because if they don't the child will have failure to thrive which will cause major problems with the baby... You also must not abuse or neglect a child and give them things that are not dangerous and teach them the difference between right and wrong.
