Can welfare cut me off of health insurance because of I receive Child Support?

While I was at my Neurologist for a shedule doctors visit like always every 6 months. I have Grand Mal Seizures. In order for me to keep my drivers license I need to get paperwork fill out by the doctor. Also in order for me not to have serizures I have to take meds. Welfare went and cut me off without no notice. Welfare said because I receive Child Support the State won't pay for health insurance for me. That's so wrong. Can welfare cut me off of health insurance because of I receive Child Support? You have to be poor. to receive welfare health insurance. If you're not poor "enough", you don't get that welfare health insurance.

It's so wrong, to demand everyone ELSE in your state to pay for your health care (not insurance, care), when you're getting child support that's supposed to pay for it. That's "double dipping". And it's welfare fraud. Can welfare cut me off of health insurance because of I receive Child Support?Apparently your "total" income exceeds the poverty guidelines of your state to qualify you anymore, so they have cut you off.

Go to the insurance department in the state you live in and check out low income health insurance that you may qualify for. The premiums are based on your income, but it is not free, and you will be paying for it based on your income. Can welfare cut me off of health insurance because of I receive Child Support? What do you mean how are you supposed to pay rent and health insurance with 6k a year??? Child support is to pay for half the costs of your CHILD. Its not supposed to pay for your health insurance, your rent, your food. For the child. For their school supplies, school fess, clothing, their food, shoes. You need a better job then. 500 a month in child support is way more than most get actually. You need a JOB!!Can welfare cut me off of health insurance because of I receive Child Support?
You should apply for SSI. Call and ask why they cut you off. It sounds like you still qualify but you have to report the child support to them as income.
