I would find out the babies feeding/napping schedule and probably the childs pediatritions number incase the baby gets sick or starts crying unusually. Other than that... you nailed everything else.
what foods are okay to eat, regular nap or bedtime, anything unusual the child does that might scare you if you aren't used to it, favorite toys and/or books/tv shows
and for older kids what they are or are not allowed to do or watch on tv.
