I am going for an interview with CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services)?

and also to answer scenarios... "what would you do if?"



Be able to talk a bit about your way of viewing people and mental illness. What is your view on treating with medication vs. therapy? What therapeutic modality do you use?



What kind of case management experience do you have? What experiences will benefit you in this work?



Usually there is a diversity question or ethics question.... "describe an experience in which you faced an ethical problem" or "what is your experience working with diverse populations?"I am going for an interview with CAMHS (Child %26amp; Adolescent Mental Health Services)?i have been going to camhs now for 4 or 5 months because i have anxiety depression a panic attacks ,i never leave the house and ive left school ,have no social life and they really help ive just started walking to the shops thanks to camhs ,so my advise is to tell them everything ..all your problems because they really do help what ever the problem is x x xI am going for an interview with CAMHS (Child %26amp; Adolescent Mental Health Services)?Cant help you there but good luck. Is that the beginning of councilling?

Or are you being accessed for a inpatient unit?

Either way: Try not to worry!

I know that's easier said than done

But, they aren't there to catch you out

They are there to help, they don't want prepared answers

They're looking for spontaneous answers..y'know? x
