My child have neuro diseas which makes her physically handicapped i-e she can't use her legs ,I applied for?

Canadian Immigration and immigration officer wrote a letter saying that bcoz of my child health section 38 -1 c is effected and we are inadmiassable to canada .plz let us know what we should do in that regard? My child have neuro diseas which makes her physically handicapped i-e she can't use her legs ,I applied for?basically thee is nothing you can do, if her health is such that at some point she will become a burden on the tax payer then they have every right to refuse you and her entry.............the same goes or the UK and Australia, you know places that have free medical which at SOME point you would demand to make use of for her...........

As there is no free medical in the USA , why not give them a try, after all you are NOT just aiming for places that are going to give you a free ride medical wise are you!!!My child have neuro diseas which makes her physically handicapped i-e she can't use her legs ,I applied for?Your child is not eligible for immigration. And you cannot abandon your disabled child and immigrate yourself. You are not going anywhere. You and the child are inadmissible for immigration to Canada or to practically any other country in the world.

Furthermore, it is foolish at best, and possibly seriously harmful to your child's medical condition, to ever try to relocate anyone who is elderly or disabled. Your child needs your established medical regimen, familiar surroundings, and whatever support system you have built up with your family, doctors, etc. Do not attempt to relocate this child to another country. Even if you could immigrate with this child to another country, it would be really stupid, probably quite harmful, to immigrate to another country. Stay put.
