What should I expect to be on a one hour exam for an admin job in mental health?

I have been shortlisted for an administrative clerk position in a child/youth mental health office. I am to write a one hour written exam tomorrow and when I inquired what to expect on the test I wasn't given any further information. An admin job will involve answering the phone, filing, typing, greeting people, possible dictation, problem solving, and pacifying people (clients), sorting mail, distributing mail, fetching %26amp; carrying, doing things no one else wants to do, ...etc....
