No it's not true. My grandmother never smoke marijuana and one of her sons is autistic. And one of my like 2nd or 3rd cousins had a son with cerebral palsy, but I think that was because the doctor screwed up while treating her or while delivering him.

If you're a female, you should quit using ALL drugs, including tobacco and alcohol at the time you start TRYING to get pregnant. In fact there are MANY things that can affect a fetus.
